At salida Catering, we understand that food is only half of the product we serve. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, timeliness, and safety, with service options that match your party's unique needs. Please read on to understand which service options is best for you.
Service Options
0-$100
Pick up and Drop Off
This is base pricing. The food is either picked-up by the customer or delivered by Salida Catering. The Food will be packaged in disposable serving containers. Includes disposable dishware, utensils, and serving utensils. The customer is responsible for their own set-up, breakdown, and serving of food.

Cost: $100 delivery fee, for delivered food only

Disposable Buffet
Our staff will come set up a disposable buffet line. This includes chafing dishes, serving utensils, napkins, utensils, and food labels. Once the food has been set up correctly, our staff leaves and allows you and your guests to enjoy. Tear down and disposal of leftover items is your responsibility. Gratuity is optional.

Full Service BUFFET
this service style includes enough staff to accommodate your party size. They will bring chafing dishes, sternos, and serving utensils, set up a buffet line, tear down a buffet line. Our staff can either serve your guests or provide customer service, answer questions as guests make their way through the buffet based on your preference. This service is not inclusive of our staff setting up events or staying until the end of events in order to clean up/break down.

$5 per person, minimum of $350 MTC (Materials, Transportation, and Coordination) in addition to a 20% Gratuity.

Staffing is priced at $30/event staff with a minimum of 8 hours per staff member. Staffing for events is based on the size and complexity of your event.

FAMILY STYLE
Our staff will bring the necessary serving equipment and serve your tables with large shared portions of each menu item for guests to serve themselves directly at the table. Staff will replenish dishes throughout service, answer guest questions, and assist with the flow of dinner service to ensure a smooth dining experience. This service is not inclusive of our staff setting up events or staying until the end of events in order to clean up/break down. This service is reserved for parties of 100 or less.
