At Salida Catering, our mission is to be the trusted partner for our clients' catering needs, offering a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. Pricing

With a variety of menu choices, our catering delivery starts at just $10 per person. The majority of options range from $25 to $45 per person for a complete three-course meal.

Party Size

Tailored for gatherings ranging from 25 to 300 guests, our catering menu is perfect for larger events. If you prefer smaller portions, explore our takeout options at either of our restaurants. Additionally, Pizza Rio offers family meals designed for groups of 4-6.

Base pricing

Opt for Pickup or Delivery. 

Customers can either pick up the food themselves or choose delivery by Salida Catering (additional $100 Delivery Fee). All items will be securely packaged in disposable serving containers and include disposable food containers and serving utensils. Customers are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and food service.

Please note that dishware, utensils, chafing, or sternos are not included but can be added for an extra fee.

Service Pricing

Opt for the Served Buffet

Opt for the Served Buffet Line upgrade, which includes a dedicated staff to cater to your party size. The team will bring chafing dishes, sternos, and serving utensils, handling the complete setup and teardown of the buffet line. They will also actively serve guests, answering questions and assisting them in choosing their desired food items. This option allows servers to control portions.

Please note that dishware, utensils, chafing, or sternos are not included but can be added for an additional fee of $5 per person. Consideration for a percentage of the total bill can be discussed if preferred.
